About the role

Based in Navi Mumbai, on‑site role, responsible for growth targets, team mentorship, and coordination with branch and corporate offices.
What you’ll do
- Manage and mentor a team of Relationship Managers
- Drive liability book growth and fee income
- Oversee portfolio quality and cross‑sell initiatives
- Coordinate with branch heads and product teams
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Recruit, train, and certify Relationship Managers
What you’ll bring
- 7-9 years+ experience in banking/financial services
