About the role
Branch Banking at Axis Bank, responsible for leading a team of 5-7 Relationship Managers to drive deposit mobilization, cross‑sell, and customer experience. Manages portfolio growth, product penetration, and quality metrics while collaborating with Branch Heads, Cluster Heads, and product teams. Lucknow, on‑site, Full‑time role.
What you’ll do
- Manage and mentor 5-7 Relationship Managers
- Drive liability book growth and fee income
- Oversee portfolio quality and cross‑sell initiatives
- Conduct supervisory reviews and joint calls
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Recruit, train, and certify RM team
- Collaborate with Branch, Cluster, and product teams to design action plans
What you’ll bring
- 10-13 years banking experience
- Leadership of 5-7 RM team
- Branch banking operations knowledge
Nice to have
- Knowledge of banking sector and products
- NRI product and regulatory knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
