About the role

What you’ll do
- Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 RMs to meet liability growth and quality targets
- Conduct regular supervisory reviews and joint customer calls
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Drive cross‑sell of financial and non‑financial products
- Collaborate with branch heads, cluster heads and product teams to design action plans
- Recruit, train and certify RMs, ensuring they are equipped with data and product knowledge
What you’ll bring
- Post‑grad degree required
- 7-9 years banking/financial services experience
- Leadership experience in branch banking
- Knowledge of banking products and NRI regulations
