People Services Senior Generalist

About the role

Sanofi India Limited seeks a People Services Senior Generalist in Hyderabad to drive HR service delivery and Workday system management. The role involves Tier 1 support, ticket resolution via ServiceNow, dashboard analytics, and Employee Life Cycle administration. This is an on-site position focused on operational excellence and data integrity within the global life sciences company.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end ticket lifecycle in ServiceNow and monitor C2R metrics
• Provide Tier 1 support and expert guidance on HR policies and systems
• Oversee Core employee data maintenance and system administration in Workday
• Design and maintain operational dashboards for key HR metrics and service quality
• Complete Employee Life Cycle Management from hire to retire for all offices
• Oversee international permanent transfers and expat movements end-to-end
• Conduct Workday training sessions for employees, managers, and HRBPs
• Lead process improvement initiatives and document standard operating procedures

What you’ll bring

• 9–10 years of experience in similar position
• 4–5 years of Workday experience
• Graduate & Above qualification in HR
