About the role
People Services Learning & Talent team at STMicroelectronics drives talent management and development across the organization. The Senior Specialist supports performance cycles, succession planning, and learning coordination, handling data, dashboards, and stakeholder communications. Based in Greater Noida, India, this role is onsite with a hybrid schedule as needed.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate talent calendar activities, communications, and data preparation
- Maintain talent records, trackers, and dashboards with confidentiality
- Prepare materials and track actions for calibration and review meetings
- Partner with L&D to manage development actions and learning pathways
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on talent processes
- Generate regular and ad hoc talent reports and analyze basic trends
- Contribute to process standardization, documentation, and governance
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years HR operations or talent management experience
- Experience supporting performance, talent, or succession processes
- Familiarity with LMS systems and learning linkage
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or SAP
- Continuous improvement mindset
