About the role

People Services at STMicroelectronics drives digital learning across the enterprise, building seamless LMS/LXP experiences for a global workforce. The Lead oversees learning technology governance, partners with HR, IT and vendors to implement enhancements, and guides a team delivering analytics and process excellence. Based in Greater Noida, India, on-site role with occasional travel to other regions.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end learning technology experience across LMS/LXP ecosystem
• Define and enforce governance standards for learning processes and data quality
• Partner with HR, IT and vendors to prioritize system enhancements
• Lead a team of learning operations specialists, conduct performance reviews
• Provide dashboards and insights on platform usage and learner engagement
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of learning workflows
• Manage escalations and coordinate vendor issue resolution
• Support rollout and user acceptance testing of new learning tools

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years HR services or L&D operations experience
• Strong LMS/LXP platform expertise
• Experience with HR systems (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP)
• ServiceNow or similar service management tool experience
• Advanced Excel and learning analytics reporting skills
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification preferred
• Proven stakeholder management across regions
• Leadership of multi-country workstreams
