About the role
People Services Innovation team at STMicroelectronics drives end‑to‑end Employee Lifecycle and Master Data Management services. The manager leads a small team to deliver ELC processes, oversee off‑boarding, ensure compliance, and improve operations through digitalization and automation. Greater Noida, on‑site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor a team handling ELC data processing
- Manage project transitions with HR COEs and global stakeholders
- Develop and maintain ELC documentation and SOPs
- Conduct UAT with HR Innovation and HRMS teams
- Generate reports, dashboards, and SLA metrics
- Drive process improvements via automation and digital tools
- Oversee off‑boarding and compliance activities
- Coordinate training logistics and internal communications
What you’ll bring
- 12-18 years HR services operations
- Experience with Employee Lifecycle and Master Data Management
- Proficiency in Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts)
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher
