What you’ll do
- Respond to employee inquiries via tickets, email, or in‑person
- Assist employees with HR processes such as benefits enrollment and time‑off requests
- Maintain up‑to‑date employee records in HR systems
- Communicate with HR Centers of Excellence and other departments
- Provide training and guidance on HR topics
- Participate in projects to improve employee experience
- Develop and monitor SLAs and related metrics
- Run reports to assess service quality and employee satisfaction
What you’ll bring
- 7-8 years HR Services operations
- Experience with Employee Lifecycle (ELC) and Employee Master Data Management (EDA)
- Proficient with Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience using ServiceNow ticketing
- Collaborative stakeholder engagement
- Developing employee engagement initiatives
