About the role

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Consulting team builds SAP/Systems Implementation learning solutions to help clients align HR functions with organizational goals. The Learning Manager leads large‑scale SAP instructional design projects, drives a team of specialists, and ensures high‑quality digital learning deliverables using ADDIE and modern authoring tools. Bengaluru office, on‑site work model, with occasional travel for client projects.

What you’ll do

Lead and drive large‑scale SAP/SI engagements and deliver through teams
Manage escalations, quality, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships
Establish and grow instructional design expertise within the practice
Design and develop engaging SAP/SI course content using ADDIE and modern tools
Ensure operational efficiency through risk, budget, and planning management
Provide visual design strategy and subject‑matter expertise
Develop collaterals, tools, and methodologies for the SAP/SI practice
Coach team members, set goals, and conduct performance reviews

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s or associate degree
10-14 years experience in learning project delivery
Proven SAP systems knowledge (FI, HR, MM, S/4HANA)
Expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick)
Hands‑on experience with SAP EnableNow and authoring tools
Strong project management and stakeholder management
Ability to lead and develop large distributed teams
Excellent communication and visual design skills
