About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor L&D operations team
- Oversee transactional L&D processes and issue escalation
- Manage LMS content, enrollments, and user support
- Develop documentation, reports, dashboards on training metrics
- Coordinate training logistics with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR Innovation and HRMS for system testing
- Identify and implement process improvements
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years HR Services operations experience
- HR systems: Oracle, CSOD, Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP
- ServiceNow ticketing
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts)
Nice to have
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (advantageous)
