Senior People Partner, Customer Support

About the role

People Partners team at Wise, the global fintech enabling borderless money movement. The Senior People Partner will partner with Customer Service and Customer Advocacy leaders to design and execute people strategies, including talent planning, performance management, DEI initiatives, and employee engagement. Based in Hyderabad office, working onsite to collaborate with global stakeholders and drive scalable HR solutions.

What you’ll do

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and advise on people strategy
• Develop and drive talent planning, succession, and org design initiatives
• Lead DEI strategy implementation and employee engagement surveys
• Analyze people metrics to inform decisions and identify improvement areas
• Partner with Recruitment, Talent Development, and HR CoE to forecast and fill roles
• Manage employee relations cases and provide coaching
