About the role
AlphaSense People Business Partner team drives strategic people initiatives across the organization. The Senior People Business Partner advises VP-level leaders on workforce planning, org design, talent strategy, and DEI, leveraging AI-powered HR tools and analytics. Based in Delhi, on-site role with full responsibility for the talent lifecycle, succession planning, and complex employee relations.
What you’ll do
- Partner with VP leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy
- Use AI-powered HR tools and people analytics for data-driven recommendations
- Own full talent lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, promotions, exits
- Lead succession planning, high-potential programs, and leadership development
- Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, PIPs, exits
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and DEI initiatives
- Drive change management for restructurings and growth scaling
- Build dashboards and present people-data narratives to leadership
What you’ll bring
- 10-12 years progressive HR experience
- 8+ years as HR Business Partner
- Hands-on HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Experience with AI-enabled HR tools
- Strong ER track record
- Stakeholder management influencing senior leaders
- MBA/PGDM preferred, Bachelor's required
