About the role
Global People Team at Addepar drives strategic HR initiatives across the enterprise. The Senior People Business Partner partners with local R&D, GTM and G&A leaders in Pune to align talent strategy with business ROI, coach senior managers, and ensure compliance with India labor laws. Hybrid work model, 3 days onsite in Pune, with relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Partner with Pune leadership to align performance, compensation and org design with business goals
- Coach senior managers to build executive presence and decision‑making
- Break down silos between R&D, GTM and G&A to enable One Addepar collaboration
- Manage employee relations, investigations and compliance with India labor regulations
- Translate global people initiatives for APAC cultural adoption
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years People Business Partner experience
- Expertise in India employment law
- Commercial acumen in SaaS/FinTech
- Strong coaching and executive advisory skills
- Experience with Workday preferred
