About the role
People Business Partner team at AlphaSense India drives strategic people initiatives to enable growth and transformation. The role partners with VP-level leaders on workforce planning, org design, talent strategy, and DEI, leveraging AI‑powered HR tools and analytics to inform decisions. Based in Delhi with an on‑site work model, the Senior People Business Partner leads succession planning, change management, and complex employee relations while ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws.
What you’ll do
- Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy
- Use AI‑driven people analytics to shape recommendations
- Lead succession planning, high‑potential programs, and leadership development
- Manage complex employee relations cases with legal rigor
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour regulations
- Drive DEI initiatives and monitor representation metrics
- Lead change management for restructurings and growth scaling
- Build dashboards and present people‑data narratives to leadership
What you’ll bring
- 10-12 years progressive HR experience
- 8+ years as HR Business Partner
- Experience with Workday or SuccessFactors
- Proficiency with AI‑enabled HR analytics tools
- Strong employee relations and investigations background
- MBA/PGDM preferred, Bachelor's required
