About the role

Senior DBA with expertise in Cassandra, YugabyteDB, and Neo4j to manage and optimize mission-critical distributed database systems for fintech applications. Focuses on cluster health, scalability, high availability, and performance. Works closely with application and infrastructure teams, maintains documentation, and participates in 24x7 on-call rotations.

What you’ll do

• Install, configure, maintain Cassandra, YugabyteDB, Neo4j clusters
• Ensure HA, fault tolerance, replication across nodes
• Monitor cluster health, throughput, latency, resources
• Plan capacity, sharding, scaling
• Manage backup, restore, disaster recovery
• Troubleshoot node failures, data inconsistencies, replication delays
• Collaborate with app and infra teams on releases, upgrades
• Document topology, SOPs, runbooks
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's in CS, B.Tech, M.Tech or equivalent
• 6-8 years DBA experience
• Expertise in Cassandra, YugabyteDB, Neo4j
• Strong distributed systems knowledge
• Proven cluster performance, HA, failover skills
