Senior Account Manager, Healthcare & Pharma Communications

About the role

Finn Partners' Healthcare & Pharma Communications team drives integrated communications for pharma, biotech, medical devices and health‑tech clients. The Senior Account Manager leads strategy, media relations and content creation while serving as the primary client contact and mentoring the account team. Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, on‑site role with occasional travel as needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead integrated communications programs for healthcare and pharma clients
• Serve as primary day‑to‑day client contact and trusted advisor
• Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with business objectives
• Manage media relations, secure earned coverage and develop content assets
• Mentor and allocate resources for Account Executives and Managers
• Oversee campaign execution, monitoring, reporting and KPI tracking
• Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory guidelines
• Drive client satisfaction, retention and account growth

What you’ll bring

• 6-8 years public relations or corporate communications experience
• 3-4 years managing healthcare/pharma/biotech accounts
• Established media relationships in Indian healthcare sector
• Proven strategic communications planning
• Team leadership and mentorship experience
• Budget and project management skills
• Crisis and issues management expertise
• Knowledge of Indian pharma regulations
