About the role

AI & RPA team at Bajaj Finance focuses on AI, GenAI and automation transformation for Banking/NBFC processes. The role drives discovery, requirement gathering, process mapping and solution definition for AI/GenAI use cases and RPA implementations, partnering with developers and data teams. Pune Corporate Office, on-site, full‑time, with small team leadership responsibilities.

What you’ll do

• Conduct process discovery workshops and document AS‑IS processes
• Identify AI/GenAI and RPA automation opportunities and define TO‑BE processes
• Translate business needs into functional and data requirements (BRD/FRD, user stories)
• Partner with AI & RPA developers/architects to shape solution approach
• Collaborate with data teams to source and validate Oracle/SQL data
• Support testing activities, UAT coordination and defect triage
• Drive implementation readiness including SOPs, training and hypercare
• Mentor and manage a small delivery team, track progress and report status

What you’ll bring

• 4-6 years Business Analyst or Process Analyst experience in Banking/NBFC
• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; MBA/Finance/Engineering/IT acceptable
• Hands‑on requirement elicitation, BRD/FRD, user stories and test case review
• Experience with GenAI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) for analysis
• Exposure to RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate)
• Knowledge of data lake, SQL and Oracle data sources
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• People management of small delivery team
