About the role
AI Unit at Bajaj Finance drives the creation of autonomous software agents for enterprise automation. The team builds end-to-end AI platforms, designs prompts, fine-tunes large language models, and integrates agents with CRM and data systems. The Unit Manager leads development, oversees architecture, and ensures scalable, secure deployments in Pune, on-site.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain autonomous AI agents using LLM frameworks
- Develop core infrastructure and reusable components for agent-based AI systems
- Design and optimize prompts, fine-tune LLMs/SLMs with proprietary data
- Implement self-learning frameworks for real-time edge learning
- Collaborate with product owners to create modular, enterprise-grade architecture
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years AI/ML experience
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.JS, JavaScript
- Experience with prompt engineering and agent orchestration
- Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI or LangGraph
- Knowledge of Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power BI
Nice to have
Strong programming skills in Python, Node.JS, JavaScript, React, Java, Postgres
