About the role

Pune, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days. Senior-level AI engineering with focus on generative AI and edge deployment.
What you’ll do
- Design modular, enterprise‑grade architecture for agent platforms
- Collaborate with product owners to define reusable components
- Optimize LLM performance and cost for low‑latency environments
- Ensure operational stability and HA/DR for agent services
- Lead testing, load balancing, and configuration management
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years AI/ML experience
- Strong Python, Java, Node.js, JavaScript skills
- Experience with prompt engineering and agent orchestration
- Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI or LangGraph
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power BI
Nice to have
- Build and maintain autonomous agents
- Develop reusable components for business automation
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for edge deployment
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for agent services
- Design bias‑mitigated prompts
Education
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
