About the role

UX Research at OneTrust focuses on deepening understanding of customer needs to shape product experiences across complex enterprise workflows. The Senior UX Researcher leads end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies, partners with Product, Design, Engineering and data partners, and mentors the research practice. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, hybrid (3 days onsite).

What you’ll do

Plan and execute end‑to‑end UX research studies
Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
Partner with product, design, engineering and stakeholders
Mentor and elevate research practice standards
Develop templates, documentation and frameworks
Leverage analytics and AI‑assisted tools responsibly
Ensure research adheres to privacy, consent and accessibility standards
Advocate for user needs in product decisions

What you’ll bring

4+ years UX research experience
Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods
Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS
Proficiency with research tools (Pendo, Maze, surveys)
Ability to synthesize insights into product strategy
Strong storytelling and communication
Familiarity with AI‑assisted research workflows
