About the role

User Experience and Product Design team at JAGGAER builds an intelligent Source-to-Pay platform that streamlines procurement for global enterprises. The Senior UX Researcher leads end-to-end research, conducts interviews, usability tests, surveys and diary studies, and translates findings into personas, journey maps and actionable insights that shape product strategy. Hyderabad, India, on-site, full-time role with a focus on enterprise SaaS UX maturity.

What you’ll do

Plan and conduct end‑to‑end UX research across product lifecycle
Partner with product managers and designers to identify research opportunities
Synthesize findings into actionable insights for strategy and design
Develop personas, journey maps, workflows and opportunity areas
Maintain a centralized research repository for knowledge sharing
Present research outcomes to executives and cross‑functional teams
Advocate for customer‑centered thinking and research best practices
Help establish scalable research processes and standards

What you’ll bring

7+ years of UX research experience in enterprise SaaS
Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
Conduct moderated interviews and usability testing
Design and analyze surveys and diary studies
Strong storytelling and presentation skills
Experience in Agile product development
Collaborate with product, design, engineering stakeholders
Familiarity with AI‑assisted research tools
