The Senior Researcher leads multiple research workstreams, designs mixed‑method studies, synthesizes multi‑country data, and partners with Product, Design, Marketing, Data and R&D to translate insights into actionable outcomes. What you’ll bring

• 6+ years research experience, preferably fintech
• Strong expertise in mixed‑method research including usability testing, surveys, and conjoint analysis
• Proven ability to translate insights into product and market strategy
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across product, design, and marketing
• Mentorship experience coaching junior researchers

Nice to have

• Fintech or B2B product research background
• Ability to synthesize multi‑segment, multi‑country data
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
