Senior UX Researcher

About the role

Senior UX Researcher at TriNet Group in Hyderabad. Drives user-centered research to improve HR solutions. Leads end-to-end studies, selects methods, analyzes data, presents insights, and mentors junior researchers. Works on enterprise software and services, ensuring research aligns with product and business goals.

What you’ll do

• Champion user throughout product lifecycle
• Own UX research projects for software and services
• Select research methods based on stakeholder questions
• Develop research plan, collect and analyze data, synthesize insights
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders
• Screen, recruit, schedule research participants
• Conduct remote UX research using available tech
• Evangelize UX research across teams
• Improve research processes and collaboration
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
• Psychology, HCI, Design, Cognitive Science, Sociology, Anthropology, CS
• 5-8 years experience in enterprise or complex software UX research
• 5-8 years evaluative and generative research experience
• Usability testing, interviews, contextual inquiries, persona development
• Data analysis and synthesis skills
• Strong reporting and presentation to leadership
• Effective stakeholder feedback skills
• Excellent verbal, written, facilitation skills
• Project management and deadline adherence
• Creative problem solving
• Stakeholder relationship navigation
• Influence without authority
• Align research with product and business goals
• Coaching and mentoring UX researchers
