About the role
Helpshift design team drives user-centered product experiences. The Senior UX Researcher leads and executes mixed-method studies, synthesizes insights, and partners with product, design, and engineering to inform strategy and improve the SaaS support platform. Pune, hybrid (3 days onsite), relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Plan and conduct usability tests, interviews, surveys, field studies
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user pain points
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations for product teams
- Present research insights to stakeholders and leadership
- Develop and standardize research processes and tools
- Mentor junior researchers and foster user empathy
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers
- Manage multiple research initiatives simultaneously
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years UX research experience
- Strong research portfolio
- Qualitative and quantitative methods expertise
- Data analysis and insight synthesis
- Excellent communication and storytelling
