What you’ll do

• Provide advanced technical support for critical banking systems
• Execute preventative maintenance on hardware and software
• Analyze logs and error reports to identify and resolve issues
• Develop and implement automation for monitoring and incident response
• Maintain detailed knowledge‑base documentation
• Identify and mitigate service‑impacting risks
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
• Lead and mentor team members
