Application Support Analyst

About the role

Xplor seeks an Application Support Analyst in Pune to support its global payments and commerce ecosystem. The role involves building Power BI dashboards, performing SQL data analysis, and monitoring application health for the ANZ team. This full-time position focuses on troubleshooting production issues and maintaining data integrity within a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Build and monitor Power BI dashboards for data ingestion validation
• Utilize SQL for data queries, integrity checks, and troubleshooting
• Assist ANZ team with application monitoring from an App Support perspective
• Track email alerts using monitoring tools for file processing and reconciliation
• Contribute to creating Standard Operating Procedures for Finance & Payment Operations
• Perform technical analysis and troubleshoot production issues
• Serve as first escalation point for complex issues logged by support teams
• Execute incident resolution, problem determination, and root cause analysis

What you’ll bring

• 2-4 years of Application Support experience with DB monitoring focus
• Strong T-SQL skills for data queries and integrity checks
• Experience with REST APIs and tools like Postman/SOAPUI
• Ability to build and analyze Power BI dashboards
• Payments industry experience is a plus
