About the role

Applications Support team at Citigroup provides technical and business support for Citi applications, ensuring stability, efficiency, and effective issue resolution. The Senior Analyst leads day‑to‑day support activities including start‑of‑day checks, monitoring, risk reconciliations, and coordination of releases, while coaching junior analysts. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Provide technical and business support for Citi applications
• Maintain and monitor application systems in daily operations
• Perform start‑of‑day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover
• Conduct same‑day risk reconciliations and issue escalations
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation
• Partner with development and production teams to prioritize bug fixes
• Participate in application releases from development to production
• Coach and train new or lower‑level analysts

What you’ll bring

• 8-10 years experience in Application Support
• Experience installing and configuring business applications
• Proficiency with Windows, AIX, Linux, Oracle, MS SQL
• Middleware experience with WebSphere, WebLogic, OpenShift, Java, IHS
• Messaging experience with MQ, Kafka, NDM
• Autosys job scheduling expertise
• Basic network topology, firewalls, load balancers knowledge
• Knowledge of .NET, Kubernetes, AI usage preferred
