About the role

Investor Services team at Citigroup provides critical data and client‑facing applications supporting the firm’s investment operations. The Applications Support Senior Analyst ensures stability and efficiency of production applications, performs start‑of‑day checks, monitors systems, resolves incidents, and drives enhancements while documenting processes. Hybrid role based in DLF CYBERCITY 12B, India, collaborating with development and production support groups and mentoring junior analysts.

What you’ll do

• Provide technical and business support for data and client‑facing applications
• Perform start‑of‑day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover
• Develop and maintain support documentation and contingency plans
• Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate as needed
• Partner with development and production teams to prioritize bug fixes
• Participate in application releases and post‑implementation analysis
• Coach and mentor new or junior analysts

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years application support experience
• Experience installing, configuring, or supporting business applications
• Familiarity with programming languages and willingness to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience with issue tracking and problem management tools
