About the role
Applications Support team at Thomson Reuters provides critical tax integration solutions between ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination and SAP Ariba. The analyst resolves high‑complexity customer issues, designs integration work‑arounds, and guides junior analysts while monitoring production environments. Hyderabad, Telangana, India, Hybrid (2‑3 days onsite).
What you’ll do
- Analyze and resolve high‑complexity customer problems
- Assess impact scope and implement work‑arounds
- Provide technical guidance to junior analysts
- Conduct root cause analysis and correlation of issues
- Monitor production and non‑production environments
- Collaborate with development, content, and support teams
- Prepare status updates and documentation
- Contribute to technical plans and solutions
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years SAP Ariba experience
- Experience with OneSource Determination and Ariba integration
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Computer Science or related
- Knowledge of US sales and use tax and indirect taxation
- Familiarity with SAP ECC backend
- Strong analytical and design skills
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in teams
