What you’ll do
- Develop ServiceNow solutions in ITSM with minimal bugs
- Collaborate with Process Analyst and Architect to ensure best practices
- Keep up-to-date with new releases and features
- Configure and customize ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize business requirements
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable code
- Document code and application functionality
- Integrate ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems
- Create and update CMDB catalog items, forms, views, transform maps, IRE, Script Includes, Business rules
- Establish and maintain data integrations
What you’ll bring
- 8-10 years ServiceNow development
- Experience with ServiceNow objects (tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, workflows)
- Agile or Waterfall methodology
- ITSM, CMDB, service catalog
- API integrations
Nice to have
- ServiceNow CAD and Discovery certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Admin
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM
