What you’ll do

  • Developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications
  • Active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.
  • Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/ BootStrap / Angular
  • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
  • Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow.
  • Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 4+ years of Strong experience of software development experience and atleast 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of ServiceNow IT products like ITSM or ITAM or ITOM or ITBM or SecOps.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow products.
