About the role

What you’ll do
- Design and implement enhancements on ServiceNow platform
- Develop business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and actions
- Create and maintain Flow Designer workflows and service catalog items
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Analyze and resolve complex incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Support platform clone, upgrade, and release activities
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
- Document designs, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
