Senior Associate ServiceNow Developer designs, builds, and integrates ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, providing training and support to ensure seamless adoption. Hyderabad, on-site, full-time, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Analyze client requirements and design ServiceNow solutions
- Develop and configure ITSM, HRSD, ITOM modules
- Create custom applications using App Engine
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems
- Implement security and governance controls
- Provide training and support to client teams
What you’ll bring
- 6-8 years ServiceNow development experience
- Hands‑on ITSM and integrations
- HRSD/WSD and custom apps expertise
- SecOps/GRC (IRM) knowledge
- Platform CSDM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA)
