About the role
Advisory team at PwC Business Application Consulting helps clients optimise operational efficiency through ServiceNow solutions. The Senior Associate ServiceNow Developer builds and customises HR Service Delivery and Workplace Service Delivery workflows, integrates HR systems, and creates custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Build and customise ServiceNow HRSD/WSD workflows, forms, widgets, and portals
- Configure and manage HRSD modules such as Case, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center
- Develop custom applications for desk booking, visitor and space management
- Create integrations with SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday via REST/SOAP
- Collaborate with security and GRC teams to implement integrations using Integration Hub
What you’ll bring
- 8-12 years ServiceNow development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD/WSD modules
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist or Application Developer
