Senior Associate ServiceNow Developer

About the role

Advisory Services at PwC helps clients optimise business applications. As a Senior Associate ServiceNow Developer you will build and customise HR Service Delivery and Workplace Service Delivery workflows, forms, widgets and portals, configure HRSD modules, and develop integrations with systems like SuccessFactors and Workday. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Build and customise ServiceNow HRSD/WSD workflows, forms, widgets, and portals
• Configure and manage HRSD modules including Case, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events
• Develop custom applications for desk booking, visitor management, and space management
• Implement integrations with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday) using REST/SOAP
• Create and maintain integrations with security tools via Integration Hub
• Provide client training and support for deployed solutions

What you’ll bring

• 8-12 years ServiceNow HRSD/WSD experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations with HR systems
• Create custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine
• Configure HRSD modules such as Case Management and Knowledge Management
• Implement Integration Hub for security tool integrations
• Hold ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CAD, CSA)
