About the role
Audit team at KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services LLP focuses on delivering high‑quality audit services for onshore clients. As a Senior Manager you will lead a team of graduates and senior staff, manage international client audits, and act as the primary liaison for onshore departments. Gurgaon office, on‑site work model, with a clean‑room policy in place.
What you’ll do
- Lead a team of graduates, Executives, Seniors and AMs on audit engagements
- Manage international client audits and serve as main point of contact for onshore departments
- Develop business and grow the audit team through client relationships
- Track audit metrics and quality feedback
- Design and deliver training sessions based on onshore feedback
- Collaborate with L&D and Recruitment to address training and hiring needs
- Act as Performance Manager, coaching staff and driving career development
What you’ll bring
- Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (ICAI or ACCA)
- Additional certifications (if any)
- 8+ years Big 4 client‑facing experience
- Asset Management experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
