About the role
Senior Manager overseeing 24/7 operations of large commercial buildings, responsible for CAM budgeting, asset maintenance, compliance, client billing, and vendor management. Leads teams in preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, and audit facilitation, ensuring high client satisfaction and regulatory adherence.
What you’ll do
- Operate and maintain large commercial building 24x7
- Develop and manage CAM budgets
- Vendor development for repair and maintenance
- Asset enhancement planning and execution
- Energy saving initiatives
- Train teams on operations and technology
- Manage day‑to‑day operations and resolve client issues
- PPM for all electromechanical equipment
- Finalize AMC/CAMC for critical equipment
- Ensure legal/building compliance
- Prepare weekly/monthly management reports
- Take over assets from construction via HOTO
- Facilitate internal and external audits
- Liaise with utilities and authorities
- Bill clients and follow up payments
- Ensure timely payment of property taxes and utilities
- Maintain customer‑centric CSAT focus
What you’ll bring
