About the role

Platform Product Management at Vialto Partners, the global mobility leader, builds shared technology capabilities that power payroll, tax and immigration solutions. The role defines and delivers platform roadmaps, APIs, identity management, workflow orchestration and AI-enabled automation while coordinating engineering, architecture and security teams. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, this on-site position focuses on scaling platform services, improving developer experience and driving AI-powered innovation across the organization.

What you’ll do

• Define and own platform product roadmap aligned with business and technology strategy
• Prioritize platform investments balancing business value and engineering requirements
• Translate business and technical requirements into product requirements and user stories
• Manage platform backlog and coordinate Agile delivery across engineering teams
• Lead evolution of shared capabilities including APIs, identity management, workflow orchestration and data services
• Partner with engineering, architecture, security and product teams to deliver initiatives
• Communicate platform strategy and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years product management experience in software/platform environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field
• Proven track record delivering technical products and shared platform services
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies and modern software development practices
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs and cross-functional priorities
• Agile delivery environment experience

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies
• Experience supporting AI-enabled products or intelligent automation
