About the role

Asset Management team at Adani Group oversees hospitality assets to drive financial performance and operational excellence. The Senior Manager leads day‑to‑day hotel operations, ensures brand compliance, manages procurement, contracts and design initiatives, and reports key metrics to senior leadership. Mumbai office, on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Monitor and optimize financial performance across assets
• Drive operational efficiency and uphold brand standards
• Oversee procurement, vendor contracts and ensure compliance
• Coordinate design and renovation projects with internal teams
• Prepare regular financial and operational performance reports

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration or Finance
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
• Experience managing multiple hospitality properties or large‑scale assets
