About the role

Asset Management team at Mapletree Investments leads the formulation and execution of strategies for real estate portfolios to maximise income and asset value. The Senior Manager drives overall positioning, prepares annual budgets and performance reports, and executes enhancement initiatives while coordinating with property managers and external partners. Bengaluru, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead asset management strategy and execution for assigned portfolio
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and performance reports
• Formulate and implement asset enhancement initiatives
• Maintain relationships with property management companies and ensure compliance
• Build strong customer relationships and coordinate with brokers, leasing agents and vendors
• Gather market intelligence and ensure competitiveness of assets

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent
• 12+ years asset management experience in commercial real estate (office and retail)
• Strong knowledge of the Indian real estate market
• Hands‑on financial analysis and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
