About the role
Portfolio Management team at Deutsche Bank oversees passive investment strategies. The Senior Analyst supports the Passive Portfolio Manager by tracking benchmarks, analyzing performance data, and preparing attribution reports while coordinating with global portfolio teams and internal stakeholders. Mumbai, India, on-site role with hybrid collaboration across Europe, Asia and the US.
What you’ll do
- Support global fund and benchmark operations across Europe, Asia and the US
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of index, model portfolio and management data
- Coordinate with index providers, Middle Office, Risk and Compliance teams
- Monitor index changes, corporate actions and conduct cash flow analysis
- Perform performance analysis and generate attribution reports
- Monitor portfolio risk exposures per policies and regulations
- Facilitate stakeholder communication with timely updates
What you’ll bring
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent international qualification
- CFA Charter holder or Level III candidate preferred
- Strong quantitative background in engineering, mathematics or finance
- Up to 3 years experience in financial services or investment management support
- Understanding of equity, fixed income and derivatives
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg and Reuters
- Familiarity with VBA and portfolio management systems advantageous
