About the role
Stantec’s Project Management Analytics team builds advanced Power BI dashboards that give real‑time visibility into project performance, cost, schedule, and risk. The Senior Portfolio Analyst designs, develops, and maintains these dashboards, automates reporting with Power Apps and Power Automate, and mentors junior analysts. Based in Pune, the role works onsite with occasional travel to other project sites.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
- Translate project data into actionable insights
- Automate reporting workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Guide and review junior analysts’ work
- Maintain data governance and documentation
- Support cross‑functional teams with analytics needs
What you’ll bring
- 5–10 years Power BI/Power Platform development
- Advanced DAX and data modelling
- Experience with project controls data (cost, schedule, utilisation)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integration
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
