About the role
Computacenter’s GIS business unit seeks a Senior Service Manager to lead portfolio test management across Regional Delivery product releases. The role drives test strategy, governance, automation and non‑functional testing while managing a global team of test experts. Based in Bangalore, on‑site with occasional travel to UK, EU, US locations, relocation assistance is available.
What you’ll do
- Define and execute test strategies for Regional Delivery products
- Lead a core team of GIS testers and coordinate with product leads and SMEs
- Ensure 95% automation of critical test cases
- Manage vendors, budgets, KPIs and financial reporting
- Conduct audits and continuous improvement of test processes
- Drive non‑functional testing and environment standards
What you’ll bring
- 10 years portfolio or programme test management
- Leadership of global test teams
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid SDLC
- Knowledge of Prince2, ISO‑IEC‑IEEE 29119, TMMi, ITIL v4
- ISTQB Foundation certification
- SAFe v6 foundation certification
