What you’ll do
- Implement credit policy and ensure compliance with authority matrix
- Monitor delinquency and maintain quality approvals and disbursals
- Resolve SFDC issues and prepare presentations for PLCS decks
- Manage team performance and maintain low attrition
- Train team on policies and processes
- Provide system improvement feedback to PMO
- Maintain defined TAT and identify process gaps
- Oversee credit underwriting operations
What you’ll bring
- MBA with 10-13 years experience in Credit Underwriting
- Domain knowledge of Professional/Business Loans
- Knowledge of internal policies, risk, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Collaborative work style across functions
- High motivation and self‑starter attitude
- Strong analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication
