- Deliver prompt support via email and live chat
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating when needed
- Create invoices and process service requests
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Meet KPIs for response time, quality, and satisfaction
- Contribute ideas to improve team performance
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-5 years customer support experience
- Email and live chat support experience
- Strong written English communication
- Problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience with Intercom/Zendesk/Freshdesk
- Flexibility for rotational night/weekend shifts
