What you’ll do
- Develop transformation vision and assess feasibility
- Plan and manage transformation journey and roadmap
- Drive Process Transformation and Business Excellence initiatives
- Lead Geo Automation in partnership with delivery teams
- Engage client process teams to improve processes and deliver value
- Define and monitor metrics for performance and defect reduction
- Build relationships across regions to prioritize improvement opportunities
- Analyze and solve moderately complex problems
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years Process Transformation experience
- Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
- Delivered large‑scale end‑to‑end process transformation projects
- Expertise in industry digital technologies, automation, AI and analytics
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel for solution design
- Managed high‑performance, multi‑regional teams
- Familiarity with GenAI and agentic solutions (plus)
