What you’ll do
- Drive end‑to‑end execution of transformation initiatives
- Manage program plans, milestones, risks and issues
- Track benefits, cost savings and business outcomes
- Develop executive dashboards and leadership reporting
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and client engagements
- Establish governance mechanisms and reporting cadence
- Analyze operational and financial data for insights
- Develop frameworks, playbooks and reusable assets
What you’ll bring
Any Graduation/Master of Business Administration
Nice to have
- 16-25 years transformation experience
- Program Management or PMO background
- Complex cross‑functional initiative leadership
- Governance and stakeholder management
