About the role
Transformation Management Office at Cubic Transportation Systems drives finance process redesign and forecasting capabilities. The Senior Business Transformation Analyst will design and execute transformation initiatives, build financial models, and prepare executive dashboards while collaborating with Finance leadership. Hyderabad, India, on-site role.
What you’ll do
- Support design and execution of finance transformation initiatives
- Analyze existing finance workflows to identify inefficiencies
- Build and refine forecasting models and scenario analyses
- Prepare transformation progress reports and executive dashboards
- Track workstream milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Controllership and cross‑functional teams
- Assist in building business cases and quantifying value impact
- Contribute to TMO governance and reporting cadences
What you’ll bring
- MBA (Finance) or CA/CMA/CFA
- 2-6 years finance transformation or FP&A experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, close processes
- Experience with process mapping (Lean, Six Sigma basics)
- Strong analytical and data visualization abilities
