About the role

Accenture seeks a Business Transformation Senior Manager in Mumbai to lead process transformation and operational excellence initiatives. The role involves developing transformation visions, managing capability gaps, and driving large-scale automation projects for global clients. This full-time position requires extensive experience in business process management and quality improvement.

What you’ll do

• Develop transformation vision, assess feasibility, and plan journey management
• Drive Process Transformation roadmap and define strategic initiatives
• Lead Business Excellence value proposition and secure involvement in complex deals
• Guide and develop high-performance teams to deliver large-scale projects
• Engage with client process teams to improve processes and drive value
• Implement systems ensuring conformance to customer requirements
• Drive metrics related to Balance Score Card to reduce variability and defects
• Build relationships with global resources to prioritize and execute improvements

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years in Process Transformation, Automation, Operational Excellence, or Quality
• Six Sigma Master Black Belt/Black Belt with Lean Deployment background
• Experience in Talent & HR Domain
• Proven track record of implementing Digital solutions including AI and Analytics

Nice to have

• BE/BTech or Master of Business Administration degree
• 15+ years overall experience, preferably in Business Process Management or Outsourcing
• Ability to break down end-to-end processes to identify automation opportunities
• Experience shaping solutions, process diagnostics, and blueprinting
