About the role

Bristlecone India Limited seeks an Associate Manager to lead the SAP‑Fiori UI5 team. The role drives design and development of modern SAP UI5 applications, focusing on Fiori UX and OData integration with SAP S/4HANA. Responsibilities include guiding a cross‑functional dev team, architecting scalable solutions, ensuring performance and security, and collaborating with business analysts to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces. The candidate will champion Agile practices, conduct code reviews, and stay current on SAP innovations to deliver high‑quality, customer‑centric solutions that accelerate Bristlecone’s digital transformation.

What you’ll do

• Lead SAP Fiori & OData dev team, provide guidance & mentorship
• Design & develop SAP UI5 apps, modern UX
• Integrate Fiori apps with backend SAP via OData
• Collaborate with analysts & stakeholders to gather requirements
• Ensure performance, scalability, security of apps
• Conduct code reviews, promote best practices
• Stay updated on SAP tech, propose innovations
• Document specs & dev processes
• Participate in planning, estimating, resource allocation
• Foster collaborative, inclusive team culture

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT, 5+ yrs SAP UI5 dev, Fiori & OData focus
• Proven leader managing SAP dev projects, Agile methodology experience
• Deep SAP UI5 framework knowledge, architecture, dev tools, S/4HANA integration
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication, customer‑centric mindset
• Self‑starter, multi‑project management, quick learner of new tech
